Food Candy interviews Vic Cherikoff

During May while Vic Cherikoff was in the United States, he sat down for an interview with DB (Daniel Doubrovkine ) from the popular food blog website Food Candy. They met at the W Hotel in Times Square for drink and talked about native foods and shaping the Australian cuisine of the future.
